Banking and Insurance Committee to Review
MCARE and Med Mal Coverage Capacity in PA
The Senate Banking and Insurance Committee
will hold a public hearing at 11 a.m., Monday, July 9, in
Room 8EA of the State Capitol East Wing to discuss the
basic medical malpractice insurance coverage capacity
available in Pennsylvania and the affect it will have on the
marketplace and the MCARE abatement, announced Senator Don
White, Committee Chairman.
