HB 985 (Kessler) –
Strengthens and expands whistleblower protections for employees of entities
licensed by the PA Department of Banking. This has very similar language to Sen.
Brubaker’s Senate Bill 171.
- SB 936 (Browne) – Makes
necessary mandated changes to Pennsylvania’s Mortgage Act to comply with the
federal Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act (S.A.F.E.) of
2008.
